I don’t remember every little detail of how I used it, but I definitely remember my face getting red and stingy afterward. For something that’s supposed to be gentle, it really wasn’t for my sensitive skin. Sadly, not a repurchase for me

I requested a refund and it was super simple. I got the email confirmation and receipt right away, and the money came back without any hassle. Smooth experience overall.

I might be missing something, but this felt a bit too expensive for what it is. The cream seemed basic to me, and it didn’t really last as long as I expected. I don’t think I’d buy it again, at least not at this price.

The box showed up with a noticeable dent in it, which wasn’t exactly great to see at first (always a little nerve-racking when that happens). Luckily, the product inside was totally fine, so no real issue there. Just wish the packaging had held up a bit better.

I’ve used a few Kate Somerville products now, and overall the ingredients do seem solid. Some of the formulas felt really nice on my skin and didn’t cause any irritation, which I definitely appreciated.

That said, for the price, I guess I was expecting a little more. A couple of the products had fragrance or ingredients my skin can be picky about, so I couldn’t just use everything without thinking about it.

I wouldn’t say they’re bad at all, just not something I’d rush to repurchase at full price. If there’s a sale, I’d probably consider it again, but otherwise it just felt...

I actually really like this. The texture is super smooth... not sticky at all, which I appreciate. It sinks in quickly too, so I’m not just sitting there waiting for it to dry. Just feels nice on the skin

I emailed twice about my order and waited over a week without getting a real response. It felt like there wasn’t an actual person on the other end, just silence or some generic non-answer.

I really wanted to like this, but the fragrance is way too strong for me. It has that heavy perfumey smell, and after just a few minutes I had a headache and had to wash it off. I don’t understand why skincare needs to be this scented. It’s just sitting in my bathroom now, and unless they come out with an unscented version, I’m probably done buying from this line.
